OPPO A3 Pro with 6.7″ FHD+ 120Hz curved AMOLED display, up to 12GB RAM, IP69 ratings announced

OPPO has unveiled the OPPO A3 Pro, the company’s next phone in the A series in China, as a successor to last year’s A2 Pro. It features a 6.7-inch FHD+ 120Hz curved OLED screen, is powered by the Dimensity 7050 SoC with up to 12GB of RAM and up to 512GB of storage, similar to its predecessor.

  • The Oppo A3 Pro features a 6.7-inch AMOLED display that offers FHD+ resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and up to 950 nits brightness. For added security, it has an in-screen fingerprint sensor.
  • The phone comes with Color OS 14 based Android 14. 
  • The A3 Pro has the Dimensity 7050 chipset on board. The mid-range phone comes with 8GB/12GB LPDDR4x RAM, 12GB virtual RAM and 256GB/512GB UFS 3.1 storage.
  • The phone packs a 5,000mAh battery with 67W fast charging support.
  • The Oppo A3 Pro has an 8-megapixel camera on the front. On the back there is a 64-megapixel main camera and a 2-megapixel depth sensor.
  • While the front camera supports FHD video recording at up to 30 frames per second, the main rear camera supports 4K video recording at up to 30 frames per second. In addition, the device offers other specifications such as dual SIM, 5G, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.3, GPS and a USB-C port.

Oppo A3 Pro price

  • The Oppo A3 Pro was launched in China in three options: 8GB + 128GB, 12GB + 256GB and 12GB + 512GB. 
  • Prices for these variants are 1,999 yuan (~$275), 2,199 yuan (~$300), and 2,499 yuan (~$345). It is available in shades such as Azure (glass back), Mountain Blue (leather back), and Yunjin Pink (leather back).
